Ms. Huma Pasha is the Senior Partner at Usmani & Co. and brings with her over 35 years of local and international experience with leading national and global institutions, including Citibank, Hub Power Company, and Dawood Hercules Group, where she has held several senior management positions.
Alongside her professional career, she is an accomplished trainer and thought leader. She has conducted workshops, seminars, and conferences at reputable institutions, with a strong focus on directors’ training, board performance evaluation, risk-based internal audit, the role of internal audit in ethics and fraud, and sustainable business practices.
Ms. Pasha serves on multiple corporate boards. She is a Director on the Board of UBL Funds, where she chairs the Board Audit Committee and is a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee. She is also a Director on the Board of Feroze 1888 Mills Ltd., where she previously chaired the Board Human Resource & Remuneration Committee and served as a member of the Board Audit Committee.
Her previous governance roles include serving on the Board Audit Committee of the State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation, leading the quality assurance review of the Internal Audit and Compliance Department of the State Bank of Pakistan, and contributing to the Quality Assurance Board and various committees of ICAP. She has also been actively engaged with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global and the IIA International Board, and was the founding Chairperson of the Chartered Accountants Women’s Forum at ICAP.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ms. Pasha holds multiple professional certifications, including the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and certifications in Internal Controls and Internal Audit.
