Mr. Masood Nabi is the Managing Director / CEO of Government Holdings (Private) Limited with over 25 years of experience in the energy, mining, and banking sectors. He has previously served as Executive Director at Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) and as Executive Director General / Chief Technical Officer at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources. He also has several years of experience in investment banking focusing on strategic advisory and capital markets.

He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Mr. Nabi also serves as CEO of Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) and Chairman of Pakistan Minerals (Private) Limited (PMPL).
